What I've done
- Planning & Task Allocation: by using pivotal tracker, I run a team of 9 people by allocating them tasks and planning their activities.
- Production Pipeline: I create an Excel document, regrouping all the tasks to achieve and create the timeline of the project.
- Agile Methodology: I allocate the work over the time given and see to the evolution of the project accordingly to the timeline I have created. I adapt the production according to the evolution of the project. If a task needs more time, I manage to change the timeline and the planing of the different activities.
- Organization of our meeting: Our team of 35 people was divided in 4 teams of 8-9 people. I had to organize the meetings with other project managers to make decisions for the project and discuss its progression.
The mission is a campaign composed of 4 chapters created with the Warcraft 3 editor. The player can choose up to 6 heroes to put an end to this quest. The campaign is based on a story and we have imagined 8 different maps.
