PROJECT COORDINATOR
Subsequently, I joined Fusion Jeunesse which is a Canadian association fighting against dropout and absenteeism. as a Project Coordinator to pilot the New implementation in Paris which I successfully did and now the project is still ongoing. I also helped students realize their first game and even motivate some to study video games which makes me happy and proud of them as they will join the industry in future years!
I had to take care of 5 schools: 1 middle & 4 high schools, ranging from 13 - 17 years old. Students form groups of 5 and add to come out with their game idea around the theme: My Community.

My missions were to:
Project Coordination
- Participate in Strategic meetings with the Region Île de France, to decide on the budget allocated to the association, the partnership with schools, and convince of the continuity of the project.
- Solve upcoming problems with students and schools
- Manage one coordinator
- Manage Ubisoft's mentors (each class has 1 mentor working at Ubisoft)
- Organize events (end of year festival, visit to studio etc.)
Teaching & Mentoring
- Create lessons to explain every step of the creation of the video game (Concept, Scenario, Characters, No-code programming, marketing and presentation of the game) and the goal of the Project.
- Teach them to class with the assistance of the Teacher
- Create Construct 3 tutorials to help students to go even beyond and continue in their free time to work on the project or another one.
